Koen is an international consultant with huge experience in the financing of infrastructure projects and PPP development. He worked for the World Bank, the African Development Bank and the European Commission. Koen has a fast growing track record in financial & economic feasibility studies, a/o regarding rail, harbour and public transport related infrastructure projects. Not surprisingly, at Rebel, Koen was involved in the development of Rebel International.
