Hester Duursema
Hester Duursema has a Master’s degree in International Economics and she is a Bachelor of Science at University College Utrecht. For the past five years, she has been specialising, as strategic advisor, helping management teams formulating strategies and achieving strategic change. In addition, she was involved in large-scale in-company leadership and management development programmes, mainly in the private sectors. In addition to consultancy and training work, she also carries out leadership promotion research. Hester finds her challenge in combining in-depth research work with concrete implementation in the practical world. She spent many years abroad, a/o in Singapore, Indonesia, France and England.
